Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. To be eligible for a return, the handbag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.
Luxury Handbags-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized handbags
- Handbags that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used
- Handbags purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Gift cards
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, handbags must:
- Be in their original packaging, including dust bags and boxes
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from any odors, stains, or damages
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, securely package the handbag and include the original receipt.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal value. To exchange a handbag, follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired item during the return authorization. The new item will be shipped upon receipt of the returned handbag.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect handbag, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
