What’s Returnable

Now, what can you return? As long as it’s unused and in perfect condition, you’re good to go. This includes our Signature Essentials Backpack, Elysian Luxe Evening Clutch, and all other items purchased directly from Bag Lorex. Unfortunately, personalized pieces or items marked as final sale can’t be returned, so please check the details before making your selection.

What’s Final Sale

Speaking of final sales, just a quick note: some items may be designated as non-returnable. This typically applies to clearance items or certain limited-edition collections.
