- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

International Shipping
Bag Lorex proudly ships internationally. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and may require photographic evidence of the damage.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout.
Special Handling
Given the luxury nature of our handbags, all items are packaged in custom-designed boxes with protective materials to prevent damage. Special handling requests can be made during checkout for an additional fee.
